Booking Information

To attend a course or workshop, you need to be over 16 years of age unless the advertised course information specifically states otherwise. Learners aged 16 and 17 may attend courses and workshops if accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the RHS.

RHS Garden Bridgewater reserves the right to cancel an event, in which case you will be fully refunded for your ticket booking. We regret that the RHS is not liable for any expenses incurred due to a cancelled course or workshop.

Courses and workshops require a minimum number of places to be sold in order for them to go ahead. If this minimum is not achieved by two weeks before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the event and refund any tickets booked.

If a tutor is unavailable to run their course, a suitable replacement tutor will be sought and you will be contacted. If we are unable to find an appropriate substitute, we will refund your ticket.

The majority of RHS Gardens are accessible with a wheelchair and for access information please refer to the website for each RHS Garden. If you have any specific needs or requirements please contact the RHS Garden you would like to visit. Each RHS Garden has a number of mobility scooters available onsite as well as push wheelchairs. If you would like to book a mobility scooter to enable you to access the course, please contact the RHS Garden you would like to visit.

One carer is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability or situation necessitates a carer with them during a workshop. Please email to let us know if this is the case and include the booking reference number. If the carer also wishes to participate in the workshop, they would need to book a place as normal.

Admission to the RHS Garden is included in the course ticket.
