No under 16s including babes in arms: To attend a course or workshop, you need to be over 16 years of age unless the advertised course information specifically states otherwise, and we cannot accommodate babes in arms. Learners aged 16 and 17 may attend courses and workshops if accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult can attend for free as a non-participant. Please email to let us know if this is the case and include your booking reference number.

Access: For specific access information please refer to the website for each RHS garden. If you have any specific needs or requirements or health concerns related to your participation and enjoyment of a course or workshop, please contact the relevant garden for advice.

Carers: One companion is admitted free of charge per person whose disability or situation necessitates having a carer with them during a workshop. Please email to let us know if this is the case and include the booking reference number. If the carer wishes to participate in the workshop, they need to book a place as normal.

Booking on behalf of others: On the next page you will be asked to provide additional booking information for those attending the course. Under the last question 'Any other information that you would like to make us aware of?' please state that you are booking the ticket for someone else and provide their name. Repeat this for each individual ticket. You will need to forward your booking confirmation email to those attending so that they may gain entry.

Garden Admission: You are not required to purchase Garden Admission in addition to your course/workshops ticket in order to access the garden on the day of your course/workshop.
