TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please print/bring your booking reference number to the Garden Entrance. If you have a query regarding your booking please email schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk. If you are not an RHS Member or the number in your group exceeds your RHS Membership capacity, you will need to pay Garden Admission in addition to purchasing your Welly Walk ticket.

Welly Walks are aimed at children under the age of five with their parents / carers. All attendees must purchase a ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the RHS.

RHS Garden Rosemoor reserves the right to cancel an event, in which case you will be fully refunded for your ticket booking. We regret that the RHS is not liable for any expenses incurred due to a cancelled course or workshop.

Access: The majority of Rosemoor is easily accessible but if you have any specific needs or requirements please email schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk so that we can contact you to discuss your needs.

Carers: One companion is admitted to the Garden free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability or situation necessitates a carer.

Weather: Many of our courses include outdoor activities. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear (closed toes)

First aid: In the event of an emergency there will always be a trained first aider on site.

Parking: Car parking is free.

Dogs: RHS Rosemoor is trialling some dog access days on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 17 March to 17 September. Please note that dogs are not permitted to join Welly Walks, Home Ed sessions or any Education activities. Find out more about the RHS dog trial.
Only Guide and Registered Support Dogs are allowed in the Garden on other days.
