TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please print/bring your booking reference number to the Garden Entrance. If you have a query regarding your booking please email schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk. This ticket price does not include Garden Entry and you will need to pay the standard admission charge to the Garden or have RHS Membership for each member of your group in addition to your family workshop tickets.

Family Education Workshops are for families to attend together. Summer Stomps are for families with children ages 3-11 years. Woodland Wednesdays are for families with children aged 8-16 years. All attendees must have a ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the RHS.

RHS Garden Rosemoor reserves the right to cancel an event, in which case you will be fully refunded for your ticket booking. We regret that the RHS is not liable for any expenses incurred due to a cancelled course or workshop.

Access: The majority of Rosemoor is easily accessible but if you have any specific needs or requirements please email schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk so that we can contact you to discuss your needs.

Carers: One companion is admitted to the Garden free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability or situation necessitates a carer.

Weather: Most activities in our family workshops take place outside. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear (closed toes)

First aid: In the event of an emergency there will always be a trained first aider on site.

Parking: Car parking is free.

Dogs: Only Guide and Registered Support Dogs are allowed in the Garden.
