World Walks Against Dementia

Dancing with Dementia and Purple Angels invite you to take part in a global, synchronised event, a walk around the beautiful RHS Bridgewater Gardens to raise awareness and support for people living with Dementia.

Walk in the beautiful gardens along a signposted, accessible route, make your own flower crown, and enjoy a sing-along and dance to music provided by a local choir.

Come alone, come with family and friends or part of a group. All welcome however please note there are limited places available.

Be sure to wear suitable footwear for walking and appropriate clothing for the weather - if it's raining, don't forget your umbrella, and if it is a hot day, we advise bringing a hat and refillable water bottle with you to hydrate. Please book mobility scooters and wheelchairs in advance of booking garden admission to ensure availability.
