Before booking your tickets please note:

  • If you are unable to select a date or time this means we have reached capacity and there are no tickets available at this time.
  • Each adult must provide a paper/online bill showing proof of name, address and dated within the last three months. In addition, one identification of name is needed - driving licence, passport, cash card (store cards not accepted).
  • One Free entry will be given to the person named on both identifications. Therefore each adult should bring their own proof of address and name ID to gain free entry.
  • Children are not required to show proof of address and name ID. There is no limit to the number of children allowed to accompany each adult free entry.
  • If you purchase a ticket and do not have proof of residency, you will be asked to purchase a full price ticket at the garden.
