How to Book

You will need your school URN – not sure of your URN? Find it here

Select a date and number of classes. Each class ticket includes garden entry and a 90-minute workshop.

Use your school email account to book so we can verify your eligibility for a funded visit.

If you have any questions please contact us on schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk and we will be happy to advise.

All available slots are shown below, if all slots are booked we also have availability for Self Guided Garden Visits

On the Day

Workshop Times:

AM: 10:30 - 12pm    PM: 12:30 - 2pm

On Fridays we are able to offer 4 workshop slots, so this is a good day to book if you want to bring more than 2 classes.

If you are bringing two classes on a Friday please book 1 AM slot and 1 PM slot for your classes. This means we can allocate a classroom to you for the day, allowing another school to use the other space.

The garden is open from 10am and you are welcome to arrive anytime from then. Schools normally visit for a full day, exploring the garden independently before or after their workshop.

Entry for accompanying adults within our ratios is free and included within your booking.

Recommended Ratios:

EYFS - 1:4

Years 1-3 - 1:6

Years 4-6 - 1:8

Years 7-13 - 1:10

Minimum 3 adults per class

Additional adults to support SEND learners are welcome
