School Workshop Booking Requests

The RHS offers fully-funded (i.e. free to schools) workshops suitable for EYFS–KS4. Find out more, including information about our workshops, on the RHS Rosemoor school visits webpage

Booking guidance:

Please choose one workshop per class of 15–35 learners. For classes below 15 learners, please consider combining classes or get in touch to discuss options.

Workshop Times:

AM: 10:30 - 12pm    PM: 1:00pm - 2:30pm

If your school is bringing two or more groups in the same term, please book these as AM and PM slots on the same day if possible. We will adjust your timings to make the most of your day and accommodate your travel times. Our normal capacity is two workshops on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and four groups on Thursdays.

Your booking includes garden entry and a workshop. Schools normally visit for a full day, enjoying some self-guided time in the garden before or after their workshop. The garden is open from 10am. Entry for accompanying adults within our ratios is free.

You will need your school URN - not sure of your URN? Find it here

Use your school email account so we can verify your eligibility for a funded visit and send you information relevant to your booking. Your booking reference will go to the email address used to complete your booking request.

When booking for more than one class you will need to enter some data about each class.

If you have any questions please contact us on schoolsrosemoor@rhs.org.uk

All available slots are shown below, if all slots are booked we also have availability for Self Guided Garden Visits
