BOOKING CONDITIONS Terms: For the purposes of these terms of letting 'Visitor' shall mean, in addition to the person completing the booking form, all other persons on whose behalf they are completing the same and warrants that they have the authority to sign on their behalf. We regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at Rosemoor House. Rosemoor House is a non-smoking building. Thank you. From time to time we complete fixed pest control by means of fire arm. When these essential works are being carried out you will be notified verbally on arrival and, by notice in the apartment and through barriers, restrictions and notices in the garden. Failure to comply with these notices and restrictions could result in serious injury or death PAYMENT If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday, full payment must be sent with the booking form. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the RHS reserves the right to cancel the booking, in which case the visitor shall forfeit the booking deposit. We strongly advise that our guests take out third party insurance to recover monies lost due to cancelation. Non Members of the RHS. pay an additional fee which includes membership to the RHS for one named person for one year, commencing on the first day of the stay. Any subsequent stays commencing during that membership year will not incur this charge. CANCELATION More than 6 weeks before the commencement date - forfeit of booking deposit 41-28 days before commencement - Forfeit 75% of cost 27-0 days before commencement - Forfeit 100% of cost We strongly advise that our guests take out third party insurance to recover monies lost due to cancelation. DISCOUNTS Discounts have already been applied to the online booking fee. The tariff shown at the point of sale is the total booking price and no further discount shall be applied. GARDEN EVENTS We cannot guarantee garden opening and the operation of events during your stay. These events are outside of our control and while you will be notified of garden closures and event cancellations as soon as possible, no refunds or remuneration shall be due from events deemed by the RHS to be force majeure.
