Glow 2025 SEN Night Booking Page

Sensory Friendly

This Glow session has been adapted to cater for less visitors with minimal noise and less distractions to be inclusive to those that might not otherwise be able to join in with typical festive themed events.
Accompanying carers go free
We ask that you do not book this session unless you or a member of you're party have sensory needs as there are only a limited number of spaces. Thank you for your understanding.

Please select an available time slot and admission type below and complete the booking process. Select your dates and membership allocation carefully as there is a charge for changing your booking.

Administration Fee

Please note that a £3 per ticket administration fee will be charged if you wish to change your booking date or time.  

For all bookings:

You can arrive at any point during your booked 15-minute time slot.

You will need to present your booking confirmation and any valid membership cards (for members) on the day.

For Member bookings:

  • Individual members may select one adult guest or 2 children. 
  • Joint members may select a total of one adult guest between them and up to four children (5-16). 
  • Under 5’s must have a booked time slot.

 

Payments for e-tickets are non-refundable, except in the circumstances of the Garden being closed. For full details please see our terms and conditions. Please contact us on 01805 626810 if you have any queries.

  • The garden will be closed from 4PM - 4.30PM on Glow evenings.

Prices comprise a Glow event ticket price plus garden admission (ticket plus entry). RHS Members enjoy reduced prices as their membership package already covers garden entry.
