E-tickets are non-refundable except where the garden is closed. Changes to booking date or time are subject to a £3 administration fee per ticket. For full details, please see our terms and conditions.

Please note: the garden will be closed from 4.00pm to 4.30pm on Glow evenings.

Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Membership allowance:
Individual members: 1 member ticket plus either 1 adult guest or 2 children.
Joint members: 2 member tickets plus 1 adult guest and up to 4 children.
